(1) Coordinate administrative functions specifically professional training, education and services in the hospital such as (a)Training of staff (b) Granting of Approval for External Conferences/Seminars/ Workshops and Further studies (2) Liasing with the Government and Non- Governmental establishment on health matters and research/training on behalf of the Hospital (3)Keeping of schedule of Residency Training Program/Accreditation (4) Registration of Contractors (5) Operation of National Housing Insurance Funds (NHIF) for Staff of the Hospital (6) Collect, collate and analyze statistical data relating to Budget Estimates and Financial Allocation. As enumerated above

Additional Information

(1) The monthly imprest for the department is too small to run the affairs of the department in terms of paper work etc (2) Computers & Printers malfunctioning there by making access and retrieval of document difficult (data loss is imminent) (3) The workload is more than the capacity of staff on ground. (4) During training, Seminars and workshop, training gadgets are borrowed all around the hospital (5) There is no confidentiality as major photocopies are done outside the department
