1. Interdepartmental Grand rounds: clinico-pathologic and clinico-radiologic training for residents to become specialist and also for knowledge updates for attendants of such programmes. 2. Upcoming Events

1. Manpower: especially junior and senior resident doctors. The number is drastically low and it hinders effective service and training coupled with incessant ill health developed by this set of staff 2. Inadequate number of equipment 3. Equipment supplied are not durable enough to meet the heavy need of services carried out.

Additional Information

They slow down the pace of work, training and make people tire out easily. Recurrent ill health of personnel due to heavy workload. In some cases of equipment failure, lack, or damage, work is suspended until equipment is fixed or replaced or borrowed from other departments or units
