Services Offered

1.Taking record of minutes and coordinating several meetings between the Management and other top hierarchy of the Hospital. 2. Issuing Award of Contracts letters to contractors. 3. Writing and dispatching of corresspondecies to various Ministries, Departments, Agencies and Parastatals. 4.Sending Management Decisions in the form of Decision extract to various Principal Officers and departments concerned. 5. Issuing of permission letters to various religious organizations that want to pray and give support to patients. 6. Issuing permission and appreciation letters to charity organizations, donors and Philantropists who want to support/assist patients. 7.Facilitating the process of accomodation of the Hospital guest especially during accreditation of various departments and some other guest (Experts) who came for the repair and general servicing of Hospital equipment. 8. Creating a good platform for effective communication between the Management and staff. 9.Collaborating/working together with other department and offices during screening and promotion exercise. 10. As the Head of the Department, i always serve in various committees which are saddled with the responsibility of overseeing the progress and development of the Hospital.
