The newly elected Executive of the Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria (AMLSN) paid a Courtesy visit to the Chief Medical Director, UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital, Osogbo recently.
The new Chairman of the Association, MLS Ibukun Komolafe who led the Executive disclosed that the purpose of the visit is to introduce the new Executive to the CMD and to solicit for the Management's support throughout their tenure of three (3) years.
MLS Komolafe appreciated the CMD for being a father to all and for transforming the hospital with the limited resources available.
In his reaction, the Chief Medical Director, Dr. Babatunde Afolabi congratulated the new Executive and urged them to stand by the mandate that brought them to the office adding that the office is temporary but the impact after the tenure of office is what matters.
He pleaded with the new Executive to appeal to their members to put more effort into their work in order to make the hospital a better place and the envy of other Tertiary Health Institutions in the country.
While assuring the Executive of the Management's support, he explained that his office is widely opened for suggestions, criticisms and observations.
