In a vibrant display of enthusiasm and dedication, the Community Medicine department of UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital marked World Health Day with a joyous celebration. The festivities featured a lively dance procession around the hospital premises, led by the Community Medicine Head of Department, Dr Olagunoye Ajibola, and the programme Coordinator, Dr Oluyide Peter, alongside Community Health Extension Workers (CHEW) and other categories of health workers.
The participants wore specially branded vests emblazoned with the "World Health Day" inscription and the UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital logo, adding a touch of unity and professionalism to the celebration. The hospital's Chief Medical Director, Dr Babatunde Afolabi, joined the celebrants in their dance procession, expressing his joy and support.
