UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital, Osogbo, is delighted to announce the generous donation of a brand-new generator by Her Excellency, Erelu Adeleke, in fulfilment of a promise made to the institution. This vital contribution marks a significant step towards strengthening the hospital’s infrastructure and ensuring uninterrupted power supply, particularly in critical care areas.
In addition to the generator, Her Excellency also sponsored the complete repainting of the Postnatal Ward, breathing new life into the facility and enhancing the comfort and wellbeing of mothers and newborns. The refurbishment reflects a deep commitment to maternal and child health, aligning with the hospital’s mission to provide compassionate, high-quality care.
The Chief Medical Director, Dr Babatunde Adeola Afolabi, expressed heartfelt appreciation for the support, noting that the improvements will greatly impact service delivery and patient satisfaction. He emphasised that such gestures of goodwill not only uplift the hospital’s operational capacity but also inspire continued excellence in healthcare provision.
